Investigation of Crosstalk between Data Signals and Feed Light in Power-over-Fiber

In power-over-fiber systems, simultaneous data signals and power transmission using a single optical fiber is an attractive step towards simplifying the systems. However, when simultaneously transmitting feed light in core, quality of signal degrades owing to crosstalk based on characteristics source. this study, we investigate evaluate between high-power system. To observe effect more clearly, use link single-core, conventional multimode fiber, Raman laser as Consequently, it found that induces relative intensity noise related longitudinal mode beating partition determined by laser. addition, depends input distance, has significant impact transfer. these noises quantitatively, also error-vector-magnitude bit-error-rate analog digital signals, which show similar are observed.
